Bio
John Casey has more than 30 years of construction and construction management experience, with an emphasis on high-density retail, warehouse, low-rise and high-rise office space. Clients count on John’s broad knowledge of the construction trades and building infrastructure systems, as well as his eye for detail and understanding of the architecture and engineering culture.
As a Sr. Project Manager, John has been responsible for all aspects of new construction and tenant improvements. He has managed multiple projects, including Washington Mutual Tower, Second & Seneca Building, Second & Spring Building and Wells Fargo Center in Seattle as well as City Center Bellevue, Rainier Plaza, the OHSU Biomedical Research Building and the Kohler Pavilion.
John majored in construction management at Green River Community College and art and design at California State University at Hayward.

- Manage multiple construction projects, ensuring timely performance by contractors and adherence to plans, specifications, codes and laws
- Collaborate with tenants, architects, engineers and designers to develop plans and specifications
- Develop construction budgets for individual projects and phases, and maintain work in progress budgets for each phase
- Manage project closeout, including final punch list walk- through and approval of all payments
