Columbia River Community Hospital will have a 24/7 ER that will handle level 4 traumas, or stabilize before transport to a larger trauma center. The hospital will handle about half of the injuries that are currently transported to Portland or Longview ER’s – such as non-surgical fractures, difficulty breathing, wound care, and minor lacerations. The hospital will also house a lab and radiology with a CT scan and X-ray. The inpatient side will have beds for 12.
