$3.8 million expansion of local hub facility with 6 new buildings/additions. Buildings were tilt up concrete with pre-fabricated metal building on top. Expanded trailer parking area and added city required bio-swales.

Coordinated and ran the bid process for this negotiated project. Reviewed bids and bought out the project with the owner’s approval. Developed final schedule and updated it monthly. Coordinated closely with on site FedEx Ground managers to minimize impact to facility operations. Negotiated change orders with subcontractors and the owner. Provided support to project superintendent and project engineer as needed to ensure project stayed on schedule.
