inici group was hired as owner’s representative to augment Daimler Truck’s staff with budget tracking, schedule tracking, selection and contracting of all team members, interfacing and directing the design and construction teams, and working directly with all stakeholders for the project. inici also coordinated the permitting process, managed furniture procurement, and transitioned the departments into their new facility.
The completed facility consolidated outside leased office spaces as well as accommodated new personnel on one campus. inici group was selected and contracted through a competitive process to realign the project to a direction that fulfilled the needs of the owner and their future projects.
The project received LEED Platinum certification for its sustainability elements.
