The 74-bed, 165,000-SF Southridge Campus Kennewick General Hospital (now Trios Health) was constructed on a leasehold interest on 18-acres of land. The property is leased from Lexington as the owner and landlord. The new hospital provides critical care, medical and surgical beds (14 ICU beds, 60 medical/surgical beds), short stay beds, emergency department, operating rooms, diagnostic imaging, pharmacy, physician practices, centralized laboratory, and administrative space. The new hospital partially replaces the existing 60-year old, 101-bed acute care hospital and is located on part of a 40-acre site in the growth corridor of Kennewick with room for future expansion. This site provides quicker and easier access for residents from all areas.
