inici is providing on-call owner’s representative, project management, construction management, and project completion/closeout services to Portland Community College for improvement projects completed under the college’s 2017 bond program.

Services include providing project support and assistance through oversight of various project elements, providing supplemental management, quality assurance and control, project closeout, warranty documentation, and construction site visits.  Services also include coordinating, tracking, validating, documenting, and monitoring project details, participating in meetings and assisting with community outreach, and providing project insights and other services as desired by the college to assist in the completion of the bond-funded projects.
