Welcome Center

Oregon City, Oregon
Clackamas Community College Education

As part of a voter-approved $90 million bond measure, the current Bil Brod Community Center on Clackamas Community College’s (“CCC”) Oregon City campus will be remodeled and a new 21,000-SF Welcome Center building will be constructed that will allow CCC to co-locate student support services offices such as student and academic support, enrollment services, testing, educational partnerships, financial aid, counseling, and community-based organizations.

The 43,600-SF existing Community Center will be refreshed and will include student collaboration and study areas, a multicultural center, smart lab, Associated Student Government, admissions and recruitment, Disability Resource Center, Veterans Center, and Career Center.

A new plaza between the transit mall and the new building will also be part of this project.

The new Welcome Center will provide a centralized place for students to gather, study, eat, and socialize – ensuring students stay on track to complete their academic and career pathway, an institutional priority.
