FF&E Coordination

Our furniture, fixture, and equipment (“FF&E”) coordination process includes selection management and validation, verification in the field, an equipment manager program, budgeting and tracking, an equipment master list, scheduling, equipment tracking, installation coordination, move map drawings, issue tracking log, and training and warranty work.  Our services and tools ensure items are accounted for and that there are no misses or gaps.

As with any of our areas of management, we also provide detailed scheduling, budgeting, and tracking and prepare regular dashboard reports to keep you updated on the project’s progress.
