Jim began his construction career as an apprentice carpenter and has remained involved in construction apprenticeship programs for over 46 years, including more recent work with Clackamas and Portland Community Colleges on their training programs that support the construction industry.  As a General Contractor that has completed a broad list of projects worth millions of dollars, Jim has worked with many different jurisdictions coordinating their requirements into the design of each project, ensuring that the proper permits and fees were identified and paid. He has extensive experience developing relationships and working with local and national labor organizations, including working with the Labor Commissioner at BOLI and participating on the Prevailing Wage Advisory Committee.  Jim’s 46 years of construction experience, from apprentice to COO, are invaluable to clients for whom he is providing project and construction management expertise.
