As founding principal and sole owner of inici group, Karl has built a reputation for cultivating lasting relationships with clients who rely on his expertise, creativity, and commitment to deliver projects on time and under budget.  Karl has successfully managed over $2 billion in projects and contracts with multiple stakeholders, including some of the Portland metro area’s largest building projects.  As a trained architect, Karl works closely with owners, boards, A&E firms, community groups, and general contractors to offer leadership, and anticipate and eliminate problems on projects that could affect schedule or budget.  He is known for delivering projects on time and within or under budget, and for managing projects ethically and proactively.  Karl has 30 years of project delivery experience, including the development of an exclusive Whole Building Commissioning Program.
