Kris has 10 years of experience providing project management and owner’s representation services for numerous buildings and project deliveries.  He has provided services for extremely complex medical move and equipment management and commissioning projects, provided support in tracking medical equipment through procurement to placement and setup, and has coordinated outstanding issues for obtaining license approval.  Kris has also worked with the LA Community College District on three different campuses and navigated highly political environments with ease while continually producing valuable products for the maintenance teams he represents.

Kris holds his Bachelor of Architecture Degree and is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional.
