Patti has over 25 years of planning, architectural design, interiors, and construction experience.  She is a leader in managing public and private projects with an extensive background in healthcare facilities and ongoing knowledge working with higher education institutions.  Her experience includes work in design-build, CM/CG, and design-bid-build delivery models.  She has augmented owners to facilitate the successful completion of varying project types with interdisciplinary, multiple stakeholder, and distinct executive teams.  She is a tremendous asset to very complex and high-profile projects.

Patti’s background includes leading the planning, programming, design, and project management of several hospital/medical projects across the United States, successfully guiding sophisticated user groups into new state of the art facilities with departments including: diagnostic and interventional imaging, in-patient services including adolescent and pediatric services, acuity-adaptable facilities, GI suites, hyperbaric chamber suites, medical surgery suites, rehabilitation departments, pharmacies, physical therapy space, respiratory care, patient recovery, intensive care units that included CICU, ICU, NICU and PICU, emergency departments, medical administrative buildings, and out-patient medical office buildings.  These projects involved complicated staging to ensure minimal disruption to provided care and service as well as often detailed security and complex equipment needs.  Patti’s effective project leadership and management have resulted in a collaborative team environment, with her projects completed on time and on budget, regardless of complexity.
