A Construction Coordinator at inici group, Zach is currently coordinating all construction projects on the new PACR (Parking Additions & Consolidated Rental Car Facility) building at the Port of Portland.  His work includes establishing clear communication between the Port of Portland and all affected stakeholders, assisting in coordinating various terminal improvements, and enabling work for the upcoming Terminal Core Redevelopment Program.  Zach also regulates contractor access with Port security, submits utility shutdown requests, performs regular site visits, and publishes regular construction work updates for projects to affected stakeholders.

Zach’s background includes work as an Intern with the Port of Portland, ensuring airport-wide street-side pricing, analyzing facility leases and enforcing lease requirements, providing support to the concessions operations team, notifying tenants of activity that could affect operations, updating reports and other documents in support of senior management, completing weekly sales reporting, and completing other tasks related to operations, safety, and marketing to support the Port’s business.  His broad knowledge and experience assisting in various aspects mean he has a strong understanding of Port operations and the many variables that must be considered to remain effective and efficient, adding further value to the services that inici group is providing.
